Current Status

Stay updated on the North Meadows Extension After a groundbreaking ceremony in late October 2013, crews wasted no time getting to work on the North Meadows Extension, the Town’s No. 1 transportation priority.

Each week, the Town’s general contractor, Edward Kraemer and Sons, will update a project hotline, 303-327-4033. Those updates also appear in text form below.

The Town will continue to issue news releases related to major closures or other project impacts.

Rates and Fees

Rates and Fees

Castle Rock water budget rate structureCastle Rock has been using a tiered water rate structure for more than 20 years. In more recent history, the structure became individualized for each Castle Rock resident.

A resident’s individual water budget is calculated based on their irrigated area and evapotranspiration factor. Whether you have all grass, or if you have xeric landscape, you only pay for the amount of water you actually use.

It’s all part of Castle Rock’s proactive measures to ensure the Town has water for its future.

If you have any further questions concerning the Town’s water budget rate structure, email us and, of course, always remember to be Water Wise.
